Midnight Season 1 data has solidified, and we finally have a clear picture of what the 95th percentile looks like now that the hotfixes have settled. Whether you are pugging your weeklies or pushing progression, here is exactly what the service delivery of what the damage looks like across the current tier.
Mythic+ Breakdown (All Keys) To no one's surprise, Augmentation Evoker is fundamentally breaking the scoring algorithm again, sitting at a perfect 100 aggregate score. If you aren't bringing one to your high keys, you are actively choosing to play on hard mode.
The S-Tier: Augmentation Evoker, Unholy DK, Devourer DH, Demonology Warlock, and Elemental Shaman.
The Struggle Bus: Destruction Warlock is currently scraping the absolute bottom of the barrel, closely followed by Devastation Evoker, Frost DK, Windwalker Monk, and Assassination Rogue.
Where is Shadow? Right in the middle of the pack. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
Raid Breakdown (Heroic & Mythic) This is where things get spicy. In Heroic, Augmentation still reigns supreme, but Shadow Priest has spiked all the way to the #2 spot overall. Spriest is absolutely feasting on these encounters right now, and if you are playing Shadow, you should be topping your guild's meters.
Heroic Top 5: Augmentation Evoker, Shadow Priest, Devourer DH, Demonology Warlock, Frost Mage.
Mythic Shift: When you step into Mythic, the scaling changes dramatically. Devourer DH and Demonology Warlock completely take over the top spots, with Survival Hunter surprisingly pulling rank at #3.
Mage Problems: If you are playing Arcane or Fire in Heroic right now, it might be time to respec to Frost. Both specs are sitting in the bottom three alongside Outlaw Rogue.
